Our house is light, cool and airy with large windows , clean white with
splashes of colour. One of the few that are detached. It is in a friendly
traditional white village and has a vibrant and relaxed main square
with bars and restaurants at its centre which is only 5 minutes walk
away. It’s 4 km from the coast and you can walk through the beautiful
scenery of the valley with its small holdings. It has amazing mountain
views beyond the Torrox valley, and the shaded terrace has
comfortable seating for relaxing and having that glass whilst watching
the sun go down. It is legally registered and has passed the
government rental inspection.
The Space
The house is entirely yours.
It is one of the unusually large and light house in the village, as there
are windows on three sides. It is on three levels. Ground floor has a
bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower as well as a large hall.
First floor has the kitchen and living room area and is open plan with
another balcony with stunning views over the valley to the mountains
beyond.
Second floor has another bedroom and ensuite bathroom and the semi
shaded terrace with its comfortable modular furniture to enjoy a glass
of wine whilst watching the sunset. It also has a table and chairs and a
barbeque for outdoor eating and entertaining.
As with all the old traditional village houses, there are non standard
door heights and stair levels so be careful. For this reason the property
is not recommended for people with mobility issues and small children.
You will have a meet and greeter who will give you keys and welcome
you in.
